If you use US Mobile Payments Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. US Mobile Payments does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. US Mobile Payments reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any legal proceeding involving the Site, regardless of who initiated the proceeding. This English-language Terms and Conditions statement is US Mobile Payments' official agreement with users of this Site. In case of any inconsistency between this English-language Terms and Conditions statement and its translation into another language, this English-language document shall control.

No delay or failure by US Mobile Payments to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any of our rights under these Terms and Conditions. Neither the receipt of any funds by Mobile Payments nor the reliance of any person on our actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms and Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of US Mobile Payments shall have any legal effect.

Return Policy

All equipment must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date of your purchase to receive a full credit less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping charges. Items must be unused in the same condition that you received. Returned items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges will be made without the original packaging and accessories. Programmed, used, or encrypted equipment cannot be returned due to credit card compliance regulations. US Mobile Payments is not responsible for encryption, application load and terminal programming selection errors. If a product is returned with a password activated that cannot be disabled or a certificate locked, the return cannot be processed and the product will be returned to you. If the product is tested and the problem cannot be duplicated a fee may be charged and the product will be returned to you. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling unless an error was made on our part. All warranties are carried out directly through the manufacturer of the product.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please send RMA# request to info@usmpayments.com. After we have received and inspected your returned item(s) we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed and your card to be credited after we received your returned item.

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday, most orders are shipped within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes due to UPS restrictions.
